In the secluded elven Vale, an elven maiden has vanished not only without a trace, but with everyone's memory of her very existence erased from all who once knew her. All but one. Over the protests of his elders, Ean leaves the safety of the vale, embarking on a mission to not only rescue his childhood friend whom no one else remembers, but to stop a plot that would engulf the world in war and ice.
